Startup Submissions Guidelines

At Foundigy, we aim to provide true visibility for startups while maintaining a high-quality, engaging platform for our audience. To help your startup get the most out of being featured, please follow these guidelines:

1. Original & Exclusive Submissions
Your startup should not have been featured on Foundigy before. We only accept new submissions to ensure every listing gets a fair chance to shine.

2. Live Product, Not Just an idea
Foundigy showcases startups that are available to use or play, not just concepts or ideas. Your startup should have a working product, beta, or launched version that visitors can interact with.

3. Accurate Information
Ensure that all information you submit — including your startup name, website, description, and visuals — is correct and up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may delay your listing or prevent it from being featured.

4. Clear Description
Write a concise and engaging description of your startup. Highlight the problem you’re solving, your unique approach, and your target audience. Keep it readable and easy to understand for first-time visitors.

5. Visuals & Media
Include a high-quality logo and any relevant product images or screenshots. Visuals help your startup stand out and attract more attention from visitors.

6. Social Links
If possible, provide LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or other social profiles of the founders. This adds credibility and helps the audience connect with your team.

7. Stage of Startup
Foundigy accepts startups at various stages, from beta to launched products. Focus on sharing your progress and traction so visitors can understand your impact.

8. Homepage Rotation & Visibility
The homepage features 6 listings at a time, and each startup is guaranteed to stay visible for 2 days. After this period, when a new listing is published, the listing in the last position moves to the Startup Page, and the rank of other listings shifts depending on the flow of new submissions.

This rotation ensures continuous exposure for all startups. Many of our startups have already gained 200+ signups thanks to this model.

9. Respectful & Relevant Content
All submissions should be professional, respectful, and relevant to the startup ecosystem. We do not feature unrelated content, spam, or offensive material.

10. Updates & Communication
If any details change after submission, reach out to our team to update your listing. We’ll ensure your startup stays accurate and visible.
